Delivery Returns

We do our best to make you satisfied with our products & services. All products must pass the quality check and cross-check before shipping. But in certain cases, you need to Return or Replace the product, and aspects need to be taken care of.

  • REFUNDABLE
    Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted only within 15 days from the delivery date.
    In the case of Returns/Replacement buyers bear all the shipping and handling expenses.
    The product must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new with tags attached.
    Only defective items will be entertained for return and replacement.
    If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the Shipping & Delivery charges.
    You need to send photos of the defects prior to Return/Replacement.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE
    Products sold in SALE & DISCOUNT are Non-Refundable unless the product defects.
    Made to Measure & Full Customized Leathers are not refundable or replaceable.
    Worn or altered items cannot be returned. The product should be inspected upon receipt.
    No Return/Replacement will be issued to the customer ordering more than two products at a single time. Ideally, restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. It also discourages the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.
  • HOW TO RETURN?
    > If a product is eligible for Return/Replacement or Refund, please follow the instruction
    > First of all get approval for Return/Replacement, Request Return
    > Please mention your name, order number & email address which is used to place an order.
    > If the product has defected, please send photos of the defects.
    > Our sales representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to serve you in the best possible way.
    > We will provide a return address, Once you get the approval for Return/Replacement.
    > For your protection, when you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

  • REFUND
    Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days after we receive your return.
    A refund will be made to your original payment method i.e. PayPal 
    Shipping charges, custom design, and order setup fees are non-refundable.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Stock and standard-size orders are sent within 10 to 15 working days following receipt and confirmation of your purchase.
  • After all the specifics are finalized, it may take up to four weeks for a custom-made item to be completed and dispatched.
  • For Custom Made Orders, please inquire about production and delivery times.
  • A package's weight and destination determine its shipping cost.
  • All purchases above USD 350 are eligible for free delivery anywhere globally. ( Sales and Deals products are not eligible for FREE Shipping until specified ) 
  • Depending on where you reside, you may anticipate your order to arrive between 5 to 8 working days.
  • For the convenience of the courier business, make sure to include a phone number with your mailing address.
  • Handling and taxes aren't included in the price of any item.
  • You may be subject to import tariffs and customs fees in our nation or territories. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.
  • Customs clearance might take longer in certain nations than in others. Therefore, it may delay the delivery of the product. If this case arises, we ask that you wait a few more days.
  • The customs clearing costs will be your responsibility if a shipment is denied.

  • All of our delivery services do not include P.O. Box delivery.

  • Tracking
    Our courier service provides online tracking for all shipments. The tracking id information for your shipment will also be sent to you by our Teams.
